Shipping & Exchange

To ensure you are fully satisfied with the product and experience, we will require 3 - 5 working days to process your order on placing it and 5 - 8 working days to have the happiness delivered to your doorstop. Working days do not include - Saturday / Sunday or any national holiday. At times in case of transport strikes, please consider it as non working days.

In case we have more than expected happiness to be delivered, there could be a little delay in transit of delivery, please bear with us. In time of such a scenario our very chirpy customer experience team will call you to let you know of the same.

To ensure delivery on time, we urge our friends to purchase on a prepaid basis. It helps our delivery partners increase their efficiency as well and you are greeted with your parcel in time. But no pressure, we will anyway get you your parcel. For more on payments and refund do go through our return and refund policies. 

If due to any reason unknown to 'Monkinz' you receive damaged happiness, please do write to us immediately on receipt. We are more than welcoming to receive images showcasing the damage. It will only help our quality team to address your grievances quicker.

We would love to spread happiness to each and everyone of you, but sometimes it becomes difficult to deliver in case of the below mentioned scenarios, so we insist you do your best while letting us know where you want to receive your Monkinz parcel -

Address incomplete, illegal, incorrect or cannot be located. 

You refuse or cancel your order on delivery.

You Refuse to pay the COD Amount.

Because we shouldn't run after something that doesn't want to be found or accepted, our courier partners will attempt delivery 3 times. The first one will be attempted without a call and incase of non delivery, you will receive a call from an unknown number, we hope you do take time out to answer their call and ease them from the heat and other weather conditions they have signed up to, to deliver you happiness!

Exchanges 

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. An unboxing video is needed for the same to showcase it as received as is. Incase of no video, we would not be able to process the exchange. In the case of video being taken and there being any issue, send us an email at info@monkinz.com, for exchange with the same item.
